Do you remember your first day of school? It's an exciting (and maybe a little bit nervous) time for our kindergarten friends, but we are so excited to welcome our new kindergarteners! Kindergarten kickstart gives our youngest friends an opportunity to meet their teacher, see their classroom, and tour our building all before school starts!!

The start of the 2024-2025 school year is right around the corner. Check out the flyer for need to know information before we kick-off another school year!

During the week of July 29th-August 2nd from 8-11 a.m. we invite our new kindergarten friends to join us for a fun-filled week learning about their classroom and our school! Due to the short nature of this program, no transportation or meals will be served. A small snack will be provided each day. Earlier this spring semester, Mrs. Kathy O'Dell, Leeton Family and Consumer Sciences teacher, placed a small notice on her personal Facebook page of the need for fabric and a few supplies for the FCS department. Her plea was heard across the United States and donations of fabrics, notions and funds began to flow into the department. Donations came in from Texas, Oregon, Arkansas, New Hampshire, Kansas, Wyoming, Iowa, and all across Missouri. All totaled, over 850 yards of fabric was donated, along with thread, pillow fill, and many other sewing notions. In addition to the materials, $900 was also donated to the department and was used to purchase enough sewing kit supplies for 12 students, misc. other sewing notions, three pastry makers for the culinary arts classes, and misc. other odds and ends needed for the department to run better. Apparels 1 & 2 students were able to use some of the donated items this spring semester and the rest is stored for the upcoming semesters. A heartfelt THANK YOU to all those that donate to the school.
