It is not the practice of the Leeton R-X School District to respond to anonymous posts or commentary made on non-school affiliated websites. Last week brought a bit of unexpected drama in 4th grade… Their beloved goose, Mildred, went missing! The students quickly began writing letters to the ‘goose nappers,’ and by the end of the day Mildred was safely returned. A dramatic start turned into a happy ending—and a big lesson in teamwork and caring.
